It consists of a concrete channel, retaining walls, and four (4) debris basins which reduces flood risk to 754 residential and175 non-residential structures. The Project will include the removal of debris from failed private wall and stabilizing hillside, and the relocation of sediment from a section of the Project and improvements at the Ardmore Debris Basin. The areas are located within the 100-year flood zone and have significant flooding risk.
