Congresswoman Summer Lee (PA-12), Congressman Ro Khanna (CA-17), and Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (MI-12) introduced the Drain the Swamp Act, legislation to include bans on lobbying activities for former government officials and reinstate cooling-off periods and merit-based hiring requirements.
